About Our Services

Country Club Concierge is a home service coordination company. We help homeowners identify appropriate independent service professionals, coordinate appointments, and manage the details of home service requests. We are not a contractor and do not directly perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or other trade work.

Independent Professionals

The independent service professionals we help coordinate are third parties. Any work performed by those professionals is the responsibility of the professional and the homeowner. Country Club Concierge facilitates coordination and does not guarantee the workmanship, availability, or outcomes of third-party providers.

Requests Are Not Appointments

Submitting a service request is not a confirmation of an appointment or an authorization of any charge. Our team reviews each request and follows up about next steps and any applicable coordination fees.

Coordination Fees

A coordination fee may apply for the services we provide. Any coordination fee will be discussed and confirmed with you before work proceeds.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Country Club Concierge is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent third-party service professionals.
